• Express/priority shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

• Please note: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (if applicable).

Delays & Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

Local Delivery / Store Pickup (Optional)

• Free local delivery is available for orders over Rs 399 /- within Kolkata.

• Orders can also be picked up at our store: You will receive an email when your order is ready.
